She photographs since was a kid (analogic), then abandon this passion to study dentistry.
Not satisfied by medical field she puts herself into, frustrated and with regrets for leaving photography as a main interest, she decides at the age of 26 years old, to start all over again, going to Photography School in Cagliari (La Bottega della Luce by Alessandro Galimberti)
She seems pretty curious about portraits so she decides to specialize in this field.
Putting together love for portraits and kids, she soon becomes a baby photographer, trained by the most influent and important photographers in this field (Ana Brandt, Amy McDaniel, Sandra Hill, Kelly Brown, Kristen Mackey, Russ Jackson)
She travels a lot and after 2 years she opens her first photography studio in Cagliari (Sardinia), under the name Tenerezze d' Amore, having lot of success and start a great and happy career.
She will soon start mentoring other photographers about newborn and maternity photography
Award winning award nationally and internationally, she keeps travelling in Europe and US for training, conferences and teaching.
She takes part to the 12th edition of Premio Nazionale Alberoandronico (artistic competition based in Rome), winning first place in the photography field.

Jonathan Tilley
Topic: Wholehearted marketing during a crisis
Jonathan Tilley was born in Boston, Massachusetts, graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre, and moved to NYC the next day. Expecting to be performing on Broadway by the weekend, when Monday rolled around he needed to find a job fast.
“Marketing” and “networking” felt gross. So he flipped the switch and made It’s not about you, it’s all about them his mantra. Being kind to people was Jonathan’s marketing strategy and he started booking more gigs immediately.
A touring production of 42nd Street brought Jonathan to Germany in 1999 and that’s when he traded in his love of American cheeseburgers for German schnitzel. For 8 years straight Jonathan performed in the German productions of Dance of the Vampires, Cats, another production of 42nd Street, and was Dance Captain of Mamma Mia!.
When he turned 30 Jonathan traded in his dancing shoes for a microphone transitioning into the voice over industry. He has voiced thousands of business narrations, e-learning modules, and commercials for clients like Red Bull, Coca-Cola, Facebook, Google, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Bosch, Philips, WWF, and Unicef. And 97% of the scripts he’s read had the same underlying message: It’s not about you, it’s all about them.
Jonathan was onto something.
In 2008 the internet was coming of age and it felt logical for him to explore. So Jonathan created his own website for his voice over business. Friends immediately asked who did it. He shrugged it off and say, “oh uh I did”. And that’s when he started side gigging as a designer. It felt great helping his friends make their online presence all about them. He learned everything he could about web design, social media, and online marketing. And he unknowingly started to build a business helping people build their brand online.
Jump cut to today: Personal Brand Strategist to hundreds of personal brands, his team who he endearingly calls #TeamTilley support his artistic goals, and they love working with creative people and independent companies all over the world.
Jonathan fills a very specific niche – his company is bigger than a solo freelance designer who is overwhelmed with more than 5 clients but his company is smaller than big time agencies that are pitching to the Forbes 500 List. The people he loves working with are the rock and roll photographer in San Francisco, the non-franchised ice cream shop in Venice, the independent film festival in Berlin, the wacky tech start up in Toronto, the musical theatre star in Vienna, and the Disney voice over artist in Florida.
He treats his clients to the online presence they deserve. After all, making it all about you is what he do best.

Rebecca Connolly is an award-winning newborn photographer from Sydney Australia. Rebecca has been a presenter at The Baby Summit by Kelly Brown, the Baby&Kids Congress, the Milky Way Online Newborn Retreat and Style.Pose.Click. Rebecca is currently a teacher in the Newborn Photography Community (Europe) and was a judge for the AFNS Awards. Rebecca teaches newborn photography workshops around the world.
Rebecca’s newborn photography images have been featured in Australian newspapers, as well as in numerous international newborn photography journals and forums. Her successful Sydney-based studio has been awarded a Finalist Award in the Sydney Local Business Awards in 2015 and 2019.
Rebecca is also a lawyer, and is a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Sydney Law School where she teaches International Law and Technology.

Topic: Basic Newborn Composites - Learn how to do a basic newborn composite into a bowl, where you will learn how to not only capture your newborn image for the composite but also how to take that image and composite that into a finished bowl image. We will discuss lighting, techniques, and digital backdrops for this setup.
Tara is deeply embedded into the military life, being a disabled veteran and a military spouse. She has a sincere love of working to support our US Military and the families nestled within. She has worked to pioneer her own personal style of motherhood and military photography that has earned awards from organizations such as the Wedding and Portrait Photographers International (WPPI), the Professional Photographers of America (PPA), The National Association of Professional Child Photographers (NAPCP) as well as within the Army community. Among hundreds of international publications, her photography has been shared on Facebook over 3.5 million times and featured in Vanity Fair, USA Today, Parents, SELF Magazine, The Huffington Post, Time Magazine and many more. Cosmopolitan magazine has called her work “stunning”, “powerful” and notes that her work caused “the internet to lose its collective mind” and the Gulf Coast Breastfeeding Center said, “Tara Ruby is to Breastfeeding as Ansel Adams was to landscape”. She was also a finalist in Ron Howard’s Project Imaginat10n contest, has images in the full-feature documentary, Homecoming The Film, and has her work displayed in the US Army Women’s Museum in Fort Lee, VA. Tara is a graduate of the New York Institute of Photography, holds an Associate's title with WPPI and her Photography Craftsman Degree with PPA.
